We know that waste disposal is a very dangerous job, and it is best to choose automated processing. Of course, some waste materials have to be manually processed. So what issues should we pay attention to when dealing with precision hardware stamping parts waste? Perhaps there are many friends who are not very clear, let's follow the editor to learn more.
Firstly, we know that there are two types of waste packaging for precision metal stamping parts: automated processing and non automated processing.
1、 Safety measures for automated processing of precision hardware stamping waste:
1. We can set up a cutting knife on the precision hardware stamping mold to block the waste, which will be transported by the conveyor belt to the packaging machine for pressing. Additionally, we need to pay attention to separating a certain distance for blocking once during the press process.
2. The waste material is wound using a receiving drum. In fact, the appearance of the receiving drum is similar to that of the strip steel drum. The waste material from precision hardware stamping parts can be used as material for other parts after being wound by the receiving drum. Because the receiving drum motor is independently driven, it can also be driven by a press or feeding mechanism
3. When using ordinary sheet materials for processing, the waste of precision hardware stamping parts is transported by conveyor belts, cut short by waste shredders, and then pressed into blocks by a press.
2、 Safety measures for non automated processing of precision metal stamping waste:
1. To prevent incidents from happening, we should install protective covers and prevent waste from flowing out or flying around the operators during operation.
2. It is best not to make sharp corners or burrs when cutting waste, to avoid harm to people, and the size should be appropriate when cutting waste, to avoid injuring operators near algae.
3. If the waste cannot fall by its own weight, once it hangs at the edge, throwing, ejecting and other lifting equipment should be used to force it to fall.
4. The chute for removing waste must reach the end of the base plate and align with the opening of the waste pit. When installing the chute, pay attention to whether the screws of the precision hardware stamping mold are tightened.
5. When waste passes through pipelines, it should be noted that if the width and height on the straight line are not enough, it is easy to cause blockage, and it is also necessary to try to avoid passing through two or more types of waste on one pipeline.
6. When the waste material for punching small holes is discharged obliquely, it should be automatically layered and broken. At least 100 pieces of waste material should be stored at the upper or lower mold seats. If the waste materials from two places are gathered together, there should be enough space for stacking.
